It's time to take stock after 3 days of intense festival activity. And it's a very positive one for this 1st edition of the festival, which kept the heart of the town beating with its various events and activities over the weekend.

The wine village, the real beating heart of the event, attracted no fewer than 10,000 visitors, including many foreign tourists from all over the world, connoisseurs, amateurs and the curious. The convivial atmosphere highlighted the richness of Champagne's expertise, bringing together passionate winemakers.

And of course, our flagship event, Dinner in the Sky®, also left an unforgettable mark.

Nearly 500 people enjoyed the unique experience of a meal (lunch or dinner) 50 meters above the ground, orchestrated by Chef Philippe Mille, surrounded by his fellow Michelin-starred chefs. Unsurprisingly, this gastronomic adventure made the rounds on social networks, becoming one of the most shared moments of the festival.

Finally, with almost 700 paid admissions to the Champagne Houses, visitors were able to enjoy an exclusive and varied offer, including tours, demonstrations, themed lunches and dinners, as well as masterclasses. These unique experiences enabled enthusiasts of all nationalities to discover the many facets of Champagne's treasures.

Chef Christophe Moret's first Farmers' Market took place at Domaine Les Crayères, in the usual, yet synchronized, fashion, with a host of producers, craftsmen and suppliers.
