On October 11, 2024, Champagne shone at the Trophées Champenois, a prestigious event organized by "Bulles et Millésimes" magazine in collaboration with Cochet Concept in Epernay, celebrating excellence and local know-how. This 10th edition brought together players from the world of wine, gastronomy and culture, honoring personalities who make Champagne shine.

Guillaume Gomez, former head chef at the Élysée Palace and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has been crowned Champagne Ambassador of the Year. Recognized for his exceptional talent, he has had the honor of serving three Presidents of the Republic, leaving an indelible mark on French culinary history. At the ceremony, held in the prestigious Théâtre Gabrielle Dorziat, he expressed his pride in being associated with this beautiful region and the importance of promoting local gastronomy and products.

The Trophées Champenois also rewarded several categories, honoring the diversity of regional talent. The Aube region took pride of place in this tenth edition, and here are the lucky winners:
